::Machines for Singing::

Machines for Singing is a collaborative project with artist Rowena Easton that senses sounds from the structure of a building and presents them in a central listening area as a real-time audio piece.

The project has won awards from Arts Plus and Arts and Business, and will be installed at the Eden Project in Cornwall this year. I am responsible for the entire technical side of the installation; audio and control sensors, computer interfacing, DSP manipulation in MAX/MSP and audio presentation using a 9-speaker ambisonic surround system.
